1. How do I publish my content online?
Ans: Take picture or clip with your camera phone, or with your digital camera.
Send picture or clip via MMS or email to video@umundo.com, (or to one of the email address(es) for the contest).
You can publish your clips/ pictures directly through Umundo web portal or Umundo mobile client. Join Umundo and publish your clips and pictures in to your default channel or some other channel that you can create.
For advanced users: download the Umundo uploader to publish your clips and pictures with a simple drag and drop process direct from your PC (Windows only).

Note (*): you can send clips from a PC via email, or with direct from a cell phone via MMS or email

2.How do I view my content online?
Ans:Go to www.umundo.com and and click on Watch to start viewing your channel. You can also search for your clips or channels or just login to directly access your own channels.
To share your clips/pictures just select My Yahoo, Google, iTunes or MySpace and follow the instructions:
Yahoo: Yahoo enables you to view your clips/pictures in your MyYahoo page after you sign in.
Google: Google enables you to view your clips/pictures in either the main page directly or in the personalized reader page after you sign in.
iTunes: iTunes enables you to view your clips (no picture viewing is possible at this time).
MySpace (or your own web page): You will need to copy and paste the code instructions given in the window in your MySpace page (blog area or, personal profile area) to view the clip. You can apply the same copy/paste steps to view the clips in your own personal web page.
Share and Embed your channels to increase the viewing of your clips published on those channels. Invite your friends to View, Contribute and Comment on your channel.

3.How do I view my content on my computer?
Ans: Go to 'myYahoo', 'iTunes', 'Google' or 'MySpace' and enter your account login information as required.
The personal pages in these sites will display phone numbers or email IDs of you or your friends.
Click on 'watch' (my Yahoo) or 'clip name' (Google), to see the picture/clip.

4. Does this service work in any country in the world?
Ans: Yes, however there are some limitations:
- via email: the service is now available worldwide
- via MMS: the service is only available in the US.
We will add more countries and carriers progressively

5. Do I need a data service plan if my phone is MMS enabled?
Ans: Not all cell phones have email service with capability to send pictures or clips as an attachment. If you have such capabilities in your cell phone, you would need data services from your mobile operator to send pictures/clips via email. Otherwise, an MMS plan will enable you to send pictures and clips easily (from most cell phones equipped with a camera) to Umundo.

6. Can I send a picture or a clip from a personal computer?
Ans: Yes, however the formats supported are at the moment limited to: jpeg, png or gif for pictures, and 3gp for clips for content sent from a computer.

7. Can I view pictures from Umundo on iTunes?
Ans: No, iTunes does not support picture viewing. All other web sites enable picture viewing with Umundo.

8. Can I view a clip on video iPod device?
Ans: Yes, Umnudo enables you to share your favorite clips on your video iPod device. First, make sure that the iTunes software is installed and available in your computer and then follow these steps:
- on Umundo site click on 'add to iTunes' button,
- on iTunes window select 'podcasts' and 'update',
- connect the video iPod device and synch to download the clip in the video iPod, and
- select and view the clip in the video iPod.

9. Can I report any abuse?
Ans: Yes, we provide a facility to report abuse and remove pictures/clips from abusive users. Such reports will allow us to remove the entire set of clips/pictures published by this user.

10. Can I selectively remove pictures and clips?
Ans: Yes. It is possible to selectively remove one picture or clip from the Umundo site. This option is available next to each thumbnail displayed below the Flash player.

11. Can I assign a name to a picture or a clip?
Ans:Yes, enter the name of your choice in the text area of the MMS (multimedia messaging service) form on your phone screen or, in the subject area of the email form.
